A note from the founder:

Hi SOS family! It feels good to share something with you all after a much-needed mental health break. As the owner of a mental health company, I reached a point of authenticity that I couldn't ignore. I realized that if I wasn't honest with myself, I couldn't be honest with all of you. This is where the 'Mental Health Break' concept was born.

I didn't get to choose this break; I broke before I could make that choice. The 'Mental Health Break' shirt comes straight from my heart. I hope it serves as a reminder to you all: Show up for yourself and give yourself the time to heal. The timeline of healing is unique to each of us.
